3 medium avocados that are soft and suitable for mashing (approximately 1 ¼ pounds in total)

Since avocados have very low natural sodium and little acidity, adding the right amounts of both flavors will enhance the overall taste.
Place the chopped onion into a strainer and rinse it under cold water. Shake off any excess water, then add the minimum amount to the bowl, along with the minimum amounts of tomato, chile, and cilantro.
